“That in pursuance of Clause (I) of Article 252 of the Constitution of India this House agrees to the proposal for regulating the Restriction of Ribbon Development alongside National Highways and Levy of Betterment of such Highways by Parliament by Law and passage of an Act accordingly in that behalf”.
