PRESENTATION OF REPORTS OF THE COMMITTEES :

                 2.  (a)     Shri R.K. Thekho, Member  of  the  Hill  Areas  Committee  on behalf of 
                                the Chairman (HAC) to present  the  first  report  of  the   Committee for the
                                year 2003-04.

                      (b)    Shri   S. Ibohal Singh, Chairman  of  Committee  on  Public  Accounts to present
                               the twenty sixth report of the Committee.  

ADJOURNMENT MOTION :

                3.  Motion for adjournment on matters of urgent public importance, if any. 

CALLING ATTENTION :

4.    (a)     Shri  O. Joy Singh,  MLA  to  call the attention of the Revenue Minister  on   the
         snatching  away  of  Rs. 15,27,950/-   meant for payment to the victims of
          the natural calamities of  Churachandpur District.  

        (b)     Shri B.D. Behring, MLA  to  call  the  attention  of Agriculture Minister  on 
          the  undesirable  circumstances  which  led to less  production of rice in Chandel
           District. 

SHORT DURATION DISCUSSION :

5.    S/Shri M. Nilchandra Singh and O. Joy Singh, MLAs to raise a discussion on the kidnapping of 3(three) officials of PHED and snatching away of Rs. 15,22,000 by unknown gunmen. 

CONSIDERATION AND PASSING OF BILLS :

6.    (a)     Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move :-                               

                                “that the Manipur Municipality (Second Amendment)                                Bill, 2004 be taken into consideration” 

                                                        And also to move that the Bill be passed. 

        (b)     Shri P. Parijat Singh, Art & Culture Minister to move :-                               

                                “that  the Kangla Fort Bill, 2004 Bill, 2004 be taken into
                          consideration”
