          “that  a  supplementary  sum  not  exceeding Rs. 1,00,000 be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 3 -  Secretariat”

(II)      Demand No. 4 - LAND REVENUE, STAMPS & REGISTRATION AND DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

          “that  a supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 200,00,000 be granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 4 -  Land Revenue, Stamps & Registration and District Administration.”

(i)        Lack of transparency in the utilisation of fund for developmental work.

(VIII)      Demand No. 10 - EDUCATION :

           “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 7349,04,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 10 - Education.”
