                         (i)      DEMAND  NO.13 - LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT :

                                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh,  Chief Minister to move :

                                           “that  a  sum  not  exceeding  Rs.4,10,52,000  be  granted
                                             to  defray  the  charges  which  will  come  in  course  of
                                             payment during the financial year ending 31st March,
                                             2004  in  respect  of  Demand  No.13 - Labour and
                                             Employment”.

MOTION  FOR  DISAPPROVAL  OF  POLICY  CUT :

Shri O. Joy Singh and
                                   Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, MLAs  to move :

 “that the amount of the demand be reduced to Re. 1”

                                      On account of :

                                          (i)     Failure  to  evolve,  formulate  and  implement  rural employment
                                                    schemes.

(ii)     DEMAND  NO.14 -  DEVELOPMENT   OF   TRIBAL   AND                                                                   SCHEDULED CASTES :

                                          “that  a  sum  not  exceeding  Rs.62,85,86,000  be  granted
                                           to  defray  the  charges  which  will  come  in  course  of

                                           and Scheduled Castes”.

                                          (iii)   Mis-appropriation  of  funds  released  by  the  Union Ministry  of
                                                   Tribal  Affairs  for   implementation   of  various schemes.

                                           “that  a  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 7,42,82,000  be  granted
                                            to  defray  the  charges  which  will  come  in  course  of
                                            payment during the financial year ending 31st March,
                                            2004   in   respect   of   Demand   No.16 - Co-operation”.
