                                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh,  Chief Minister to move :

                                           “that  a  sum  not  exceeding  Rs.2,41,09,000  be 
                                            granted to  defray  the  charges  which  will  come  in 
                                           course  of  payment during the financial year ending 31st March,
                                            2004  in  respect  of  Demand  No.27- ELECTION”.

                         (ii)     DEMAND  NO.36 - MINOR IRRIGATION :

                                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh,  Chief Minister to move :

                                           “that  a  sum  not  exceeding  Rs.22,30,48,000  be  granted
                                            to  defray  the  charges  which  will  come  in  course  of
                                            payment during the financial year ending 31st March,
                                            2004 in respect of Demand No.36 - Minor Irrigation”.

       (iii)    DEMAND  NO.39 - SERICULTURE :

                                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh,  Chief Minister to move :

                                           “that  a  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 57,78,70,000  be  granted
                                            to  defray  the  charges  which  will  come  in  course  of
                                             payment during the financial year ending 31st March,
                                             2004   in   respect   of   Demand   No.39 - Sericulture”.

MOTION  FOR  DISAPPROVAL  OF  POLICY  CUT :

Shri S. Ibohal Singh, MLA  to move :

 “that the amount of the demand be reduced to Re. 1”
