                               Bill, 2002 to present its Report. 

                       (ii)   Shri L. Nandakumar Singh, Chairman of the Select Committee
                                on the Manipur Lokayukta and Up-Lokayukta Bill, 2002 to present  
                                 its Report. 

                       (iii)  Dr. M. Nara Singh, Chairman of the House Committee to examine  for inclusion
                               of Sanamahi Religion in the Census Record to present its Report. 

                       (iv)  Shri N. Loken Singh, Chairman of the House Committee to examine  into  the   alleged  Mismanagement  of  D.R.D.A. funds in respect of Bishnupur District to present its Report.

                 (i)      DEMAND NO.26 - ADMINISTRATION  OF  JUSTICE

                                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move :

                                           “that  a  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 4,83,23,000  be granted  
                                             to  defray  the  charges  which  will  come  in  course 
                                            of payment during the financial year ending 31st March,  2004 
                                             in  respect  of  Demand No.26 - Administration  of    Justice.”

          (A)  MOTION  FOR  DISAPPROVAL  OF  POLICY  CUT :

                                          Shri M. Nilchandra Singh, MLA to move :

                                                 “that the amount of the demand be reduced to Re. 1”

On account of :

                                     (i) Failure to establish a full-fledged High Court in Manipur.

                          (B) MOTION  FOR  ECONOMY  CUT :

                                          Shri M. Bhorot Singh and
                                          Shri S. Ibohal Singh, MLAs to move :                                           

“that the amount of the demand be reduced by Rs. 5000”

On account of :

                                          (i)     Mal-administration in the Department.

 INTRODUCTION  OF  PRIVATE  MEMBERS’  BILL :

                 7.    Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, Member of the Legislative Assembly to move for leave to introduce the Manipur Official Language (Amendment) Bill, 2003.

                         resolution :-

 
                          “The Manipur Legislative Assembly unanimously resolves to establish a Directorate of Development of Meeteilon and Meetei Mayek under the Department of Education and to allot an annual budget of not less than Rs. 20 Crores for the said purpose.”
