3.         (i)        Shri R.K. Dorendra Singh,  Chairman  of  the  Public Accounts Committee  to  present   the Twenty  Seventh  Report  of  the  Committee. 

(ii)       Shri  Vivek  Raj  Wangkhem,  Chairman  of   the  Committee  on  Estimates to present the Twenty Second Report of the Committee.

PRESENTATION  OF  PETITION :

            4.         Shri O. Joy Singh, MLA to present Petition No.3. 

MOTION   FOR  EXTENSION  OF  TIME  FOR   PRESENTATION   OF
COMMITTEE  REPORT :

            5.         Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chairman of the Select Committee on the Manipur
                        Municipality (Second Amendment) Bill, 2005  to  move  the  following motion :-

                                               “This  House  agrees  that  the  time  for  the  presentation  of  the
                                                 Report  by  the  Select Committee  on  the Manipur Municipality
                                                (Second  Amendment)  Bill,  2005  be   extended  for a period of
                                               4(four) months w.e.f.  21.3.2005.”
 

ADJOURNMENT MOTION :

            6.         Motion  for  adjournment  on  matters  of  urgent  public  importance, if any. 

CALLING ATTENTION :

7.        (i)        S/Shri Erabot Yumkham and M. Nilchandra Singh, MLAs to call  the attention  of  the Revenue Minister on the eviction/acquisition of land in  connection  with Capital Project at the Shooting Range  of Chingmeirong. 

(ii)       Shri Th. Tomba Singh and Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, MLAs to call  the attention of  the PHED Minister  on  the arsenic presents in the  water sources within  the Kakching areas. 

SHORT  DURATION  DISCUSSION :

8.         Discussion  on  matters  of  urgent public importance for short duration,  if any. 

RAISING  OF  A  MATTER  WHICH  IS  NOT  A  POINT  OF  ORDER :

9.         S/Shri M. Nilchandra Singh and Henry Paotei, MLAs to raise a discussion  on  the  refusal  of  RBI  to  grant  banking licence to the Manipur State  Schedule Caste  and  Schedule Tribe Development  Co-operative Bank   (MSSC & STCB) Limited  due  to  non-release of State Government’s  share which is a must to facilitate recommendation by NABARD to RBI. 

CONSIDERATION  AND  PASSING  OF  GOVERNMENT  BILLS :

            10.       (i)        Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move :- 

“that  the Manipur Appropriation (No.1) Bill, 2005 be  taken into consideration”. 

                                                                        And also to move that the Bill be passed. 

                        (ii)       Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move :- 

“that the Manipur Appropriation (No. 2) Bill, 2005 be taken into consideration”. 

                                                                        And also to move that the Bill be passed. 

                        (iii)     Md. Alauddin Khan, RD & PR  Minister to move :- 

“that the Manipur Panchayati Raj (Fourth Amendment)    Bill, 2005 be taken into consideration”. 

                                                                        And also to move that the Bill be passed. 

CONSIDERATION  AND  PASSING  OF  PRIVATE MEMBERS’  BILL : 

11.     (i)         Dr. Nimaichand  Luwang,   Member  in-charge  of  the  Private  Members’ Bill  to move :- 

“that the Manipur Official Language (Amendment) Bill, 2005 be taken into consideration”. 

                                                                        And also to move that the Bill be passed. 

HALF-AN-HOUR-DISCUSSION :

            12.       Shri  I.  Hemochandra  Singh,  MLA  to  raise  a  discussion  on  the
