Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move :
“that a sum not exceeding Rs.9,56,21,000 be granted to defray the
charges which will come in course of payment during the financial
year ending 31st March, 2004 in respect of Demand No.37 - Fisheries”.
(A) MOTION FOR DISAPPROVAL OF POLICY CUT :
Shri S. Ibohal Singh and
Shri M. Bhorot Singh, MLAs to move :
“that the amount of the demand be reduced to Re. 1”
On account of :
(i) Failure to increase the production of Fish and protect indigenous fish
varieties.
(ii) Failure to provide incentives to fish farmers.
ADOPTION OF COMMITTEE REPORT :
7. Dr. M. Nara Singh, Chairman of the House Committee to Examine for Inclusion of
