            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

        “that  a  supplementary  sum  not  exceeding Rs. 245,84,000 be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 3 -  Secretariat”

(II)     Demand No. 4 - LAND REVENUE, STAMPS &
REGISTRATION AND DISTRICT ADMINIS-TRATION :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

        “that  a supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 369,70,000 be granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 4 -  Land Revenue, Stamps & Registration and District Administration.”  

(III)     Demand No. 5 - FINANCE DEPARTMENT :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

        “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 456,02,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 5 - Finance Department.” 

(IV)    Demand No. 7 - POLICE :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

       “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 1562,81,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 7 - Police.”          

(V)            Demand No. 8 - PUBLIC WORKS EPARTMENT :

                  Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

            “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 682,70,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 8 - Public Works Department.”   

(VI)          Demand No. 10 - EDUCATION :

                  Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

           “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs.1475,70,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 10 - Education.” 

(VII)        Demand No. 11 - MEDICAL, HEALTH AND FAMILY
WELFARE  SERVICES :

                  Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move :

           “that  a  supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 357,43,000   be   granted   to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 11 - Medical, Health and Family Welfare Services. ” 

(VIII)        Demand No. 13 - LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT :

                  Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

            “that  a supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 326,13,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 13 - Labour and Employment. ”  

(IX)         Demand No. 14 - DEVELOPMENT OF TRIBAL AND
SCHEDULED  CASTES :

                  Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

            “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 49,84,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 14 - Development of Tribal and Scheduled Castes.” 

    (X)       Demand No. 15 - FOOD  AND  CIVIL  SUPPLIES :

                  Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

            “that  a   supplementary  sum   not  exceeding  Rs. 38,79,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 15 - Food and Civil Supplies.” 

   (XI)       Demand No. 16 - CO-OPERATION :

                  Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

            “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 316,06,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 16 - Co-operation.” 

  (XII)      Demand No. 18 - ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND
VETERINARY  INCLUDING  DAIRY  FARMING :

                  Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

            “that  a supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 258,55,000  be  granted  to  defray  the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 18 - Animal Husbandry and Veterinary including Dairy Farming.” 

 (XIII)       Demand No. 19 - ENVIRONMENT AND FOREST :

                  Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

      “that  a   supplementary   sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 391,01,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 19 - Environment and Forest.” 

(XIV)      Demand No. 20 - COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND
ANP, IRDP AND NREP :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

      “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 1500,00,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 20 - Community Development and ANP, IRDP and NREP.”

WEIGHTS & MEASURES DEPARTMENT :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

       “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 395,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 21 - Commerce & Industries and Weights & Measures Department.” 

(XVI)       Demand No. 22 - PUBLIC   HEALTH  ENGINEERING :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

     “that  a  supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 4341,96,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 22 - Public Health Engineering. ” 

(XVII)      Demand No. 23 -  POWER :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

     “that  a   supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 1273,00,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 23-Power. ” 

(XVIII)    Demand  No. 25 - youth   affairs   and   sport
DEPARTMENT :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

         “that  a   supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 49,00,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 25 - Youth Affairs and Sport Department.”  

(XIX)       Demand  No. 28 -  STATE EXCISE  :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

        “that  a   supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs.2,38,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 28 - State Excise.” 

  (XX)      Demand  No. 29 -  sale tax, other/duties on
commodities and services and planning  :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

       “that  a   supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs.22,70,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 29 - Sale Tax, Other/Duties on Commodities and Services and Planning.” 

(XXI)     Demand No. 30 -  GENERAL ECONOMIC SERVICES  AND  PLANNING :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

     “that  a   supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 2000,00,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 30 - General Economic Services and Planning.” 

 (XXII)     Demand No. 31 - FIRE PROTECTION AND CONTROL :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

       “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 21,80,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 31 - Fire Protection and Control.” 

(XXIII)   Demand No. 32 - JAILS :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

        “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 330,55,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 32 - Jails.” 

(XXIV)    Demand No. 37 - FISHERIES :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

       “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 62,09,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 37 - Fisheries.” 

(XXV)      Demand No. 38 - PANCHAYAT :

            Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

        “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 116,78,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 38 - Panchayat.” 

   (XXVI)     Demand No. 40 - IRRIGATION  AND  FLOOD  CONTROL
DEPARTMENT :

                      Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

                 “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 316,77,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 40 - Irrigation and Flood Control Department.” 

(XXVII)       Demand No. 41 - ART  AND  CULTURE :

                      Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

                “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 105,16,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 41 - Art and Culture.” 

(XXVIII)      Demand No. 42 - STATE ACADEMY OF TRAINING :

                      Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

                 “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 9,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 42 - State Academy of Training.” 

(XXIX)     Demand No.43 - HORTICULTURE AND SOIL
CONSERVATION :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

            “that  a  supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 110,33,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 43 - Horticulture and Soil Conservation.” 

(XXX)      Demand No. 44 - SOCIAL  WELFARE  DEPARTMENT :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

            “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 6,88,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 44 - Social Welfare Department.” 

(XXXI)      Demand No. 46 - SCIENCE  AND  TECHNOLOGY :

                    Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 146,22,000  be  granted   to  defray  the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 46 - Science and Technology.”

OTHER  BACKWARD  CLASSES :

                “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 184,89,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2005 in respect of Demand No. 47 - Welfare of Minorities and Other Backward Classes.”
