         Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

“that  a  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 3,04,07,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2007 in respect of Demand No. 2 -  Council of Ministers.” 

 (3)   Demand No. 3 - SECRETARIAT :

         Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

“that  a  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 21,48,68,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2007 in respect of Demand No. 3 -  Secretariat.”

CONSIDERATION   AND  PASSING  OF  THE MANIPUR APPROPRIATION (NO.1) BILL, 2006 :
