     (I)          Demand No. 1 - STATE  LEGISLATURE :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move :- 

               “that  a  supplementary  sum  not  exceeding Rs.1,35,71,000 be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No.1-State Legislature.” 

     (II)         Demand No. 2 - COUNCIL OF MINISTERS :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move :- 

               “that  a  supplementary  sum  not  exceeding Rs.1,03,000 be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 2 -  Council of Ministers.” 

     (III)        Demand No. 3 - SECRETARIAT :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary  sum  not  exceeding Rs. 5,02,67,000 be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 3 -  Secretariat” 

     (IV)      Demand No. 4 - LAND REVENUE, STAMPS & REGISTRATION AND DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 6,22,84,000 be granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 4 -  Land Revenue, Stamps & Registration and District Administration.”  

     (V)         Demand No. 6 - TRANSPORT :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 66,29,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 6 - Transport.”  

     (VI)       Demand No. 7 - POLICE :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 42,34,32,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 7 - Police.”    

     (VII)      Demand No. 8 - PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 56,06,87,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 8 - Public Works Department.”      

     (VIII)     Demand No. 9 - INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 50,79,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 9 - Information and Publicity.”  

     (IX)       Demand No. 10 - EDUCATION :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs.53,35,84,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 10 - Education.” 

     (X)       Demand No. 11 - MEDICAL, HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE  SERVICES :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 8,94,08,000   be   granted   to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 11 - Medical, Health and Family Welfare Services. ” 

     (XI)       Demand No. 12 - MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION, HOUSING  AND  URBAN  DEVELOPMENT :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 63,84,000   be   granted   to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 12 - Municipal Administration, Housing and Urban Development.” 

     (XII)      Demand No. 13 - LABOUR  AND EMPLOYMENT :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 3,63,84,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 13 - Labour and Employment. ”

     (XIII)     Demand No. 14 - DEVELOPMENT OF TRIBAL AND SCHEDULED  CASTES :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 23,47,88,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 14 - Development of Tribal and Scheduled Castes.” 

     (XIV)    Demand No. 15 - FOOD  AND  CIVIL  SUPPLIES :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a   supplementary  sum   not  exceeding  Rs. 1,49,47,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 15 - Food and Civil Supplies.” 

     (XV)      Demand No. 16 - CO-OPERATION :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 12,84,64,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006  in respect of Demand No. 16 - Co-operation.”

     (XVI)    Demand No. 17 - AGRICULTURE :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 11,99,85,000  be  granted  to  defray  the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 17 - Agriculture.”

     (XVII)   Demand No. 18 - ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND VETERINARY  INCLUDING  DAIRY  FARMING :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 7,87,34,000  be  granted  to  defray  the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 18 - Animal Husbandry and Veterinary including Dairy Farming.” 

     (XVIII)  Demand No. 19 - ENVIRONMENT AND FOREST :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a   supplementary   sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 7,98,71,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 19 - Environment and Forest.” 

     (XIX)    Demand No. 21 - COMMERCE & INDUSTRIES AND WEIGHTS & MEASURES DEPARTMENT :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 10,14,30,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 21 - Commerce & Industries and Weights & Measures Department.” 

     (XX)     Demand No. 22 - PUBLIC   HEALTH  ENGINEERING :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 44,33,80,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 22 - Public Health Engineering. ” 

(XXI)         Demand No. 23 -  POWER :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a   supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 95,46,25,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 23-Power. ” 

(XXII)       Demand No. 24  -  VIGILANCE  DEPARTMENT:

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a   supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs.19,50,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 24-Vigilance Department. ” 

(XXIII)      Demand  No. 25 - youth   affairs   and   sport DEPARTMENT :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a   supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 4,50,71,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 25 - Youth Affairs and Sport Department.” 

(XXIV)      Demand  No. 26 -  administration of justice :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a   supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 81,24,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 26 - Administration of Justice.” 

(XXV)       Demand  No. 28 -  STATE EXCISE :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a   supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 1,58,21,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 28 - State Excise.”  

(XXVI)      Demand  No. 29 - saleS tax, other TAXES/duties on commodities and services :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a   supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs.34,20,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 29 - Sales Tax, Other Taxes/Duties on Commodities and Services.”   

(XXVII)     Demand No.31-FIRE PROTECTION  AND CONTROL:

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 36,68,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 31-Fire Protection and Control.” 

(XXVIII)   Demand No. 32 - JAILS :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 1,65,16,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 32 - Jails.” 

(XXIX)      Demand No. 33 - HOME GUARDS :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs.1,72,29,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 33 - Home Guards.” 

(XXX)       Demand No. 34 - REHABILITATION :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs.27,28,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 34 - Rehabilitation.” 

(XXXI)      Demand No. 35 - STATIONERY & PRINTING :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs.38,40,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 35 - Stationery & Printing.” 

(XXXII)    Demand No. 36 - MINOR IRRIGATION :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs.10,99,72,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 36 - Minor Irrigation.” 

(XXXIII)   Demand No. 37 - FISHERIES :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 4,27,05,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 37 - Fisheries.” 

(XXXIV)   Demand No. 38 - PANCHAYAT :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 77,79,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 38 - Panchayat.” 

(XXXV)    Demand No. 39 - SERICULTURE :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 2,21,70,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 39 - Sericulture.” 

(XXXVI)   Demand No. 40 - IRRIGATION  AND  FLOOD CONTROL  DEPARTMENT :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 86,53,37,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 40 - Irrigation and Flood Control Department.” 

(XXXVII)      Demand No. 41 - ART  AND  CULTURE :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 121,73,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 41 - Art and Culture.” 

(XXXVIII)   Demand No. 42 - STATE  ACADEMY OF TRAINING :

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary sum  not  exceeding  Rs.28,20,000  be  granted  to  defray  the  charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No. 42 - State Academy of Training.”

                   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

               “that  a  supplementary  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 7,50,25,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2006 in respect of Demand No.43 - Horticulture and Soil Conservation.”
