(1)    Demand No. 12 - MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION, HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT : AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT :

         Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

“that  a  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 40,04,21,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2007 in respect of Demand No. 12 - Municipal Administration, Housing and Urban Development.”

                    (A)      MOTION  FOR DISAPPROVAL OF POLICY CUT :

                                Shri L. Ibomcha Singh, MLA to move :- 

                                        “ That the amount of the demand be reduced to Re. 1”. 

                                            On Account of :

                                            (i)        Failure of  arrange allotment/accommodation for
                                                 "Heingal Yonpham" etc.   
                                     (ii)       Maladministration in MAHUD and PDA.

                   (B)      MOTION  FOR TOKEN CUT :

                                Shri M. Bhorot Singh, MLA to move :- 

                                        “ That the amount of the demand be reduced to Re. 100”. 

                                            On Account of :

                                            (i)        Failure to maintain proper administration of
                                                 Municipality..   

(2)    Demand No. 21- COMMERCE & INDUSTRIES AND WEIGHTS & MEASURES DEPARTMENT :& MEASURES DEPARTMENT :

         Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

“that  a  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 34,19,63,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2007 in respect of Demand No. 21 - Commerce & Industries and Weights & Measures Department.” 

 (A)      MOTION  FOR DISAPPROVAL OF POLICY CUT :

                                S/Shri R.K. Dorendra Singh, and
                                    L. Ibomcha Singh, MLAs to move :- 

                                        “ That the amount of the demand be reduced to Re. 1”. 

                                            On Account of :

                                            (i)        No trade policy measure has been mentioned for
                                                 generating  employment  in  a  bigger  way  for
                                                 unemployed groups.
                                    (ii)       No Industries in the Industries Department.

(3)    Demand No. 37 - FISHERIES :

         Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

“that  a  sum  not  exceeding  Rs. 13,54,90,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2007 in respect of Demand No. 37 - Fisheries.”                     

(4)    Demand No. 39-sERICULTURE :

         Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

“that  a  sum  not  exceeding  Rs.75,71,69,000  be  granted  to defray the charges which  will  come  in  course  of  payment  during the financial year ending 31st March, 2007 in respect of Demand No. 39 - Sericulture.”  

                 (A)      MOTION  FOR DISAPPROVAL OF POLICY CUT :

                                Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, MLA to move :- 

                                        “ That the amount of the demand be reduced to Re. 1”. 

                                            On Account of :

                                            (i)        Failure to implement sericulture project effectively.

CONSIDERATION AND PASSING OF GOVERNMENT BILLS :


         8.        (i)       Shri Ngamthang Haokip, Forest & Environment Minister to
                                move :-
                                              "That the Manipur Loktak Lake (Protection) Bill,
                                               2006 be taken into consideration".


                                                           And also to move that the Bill be passed.

                    (ii)      Shri Phungzathang, Hills & Tribal Development Minister to
                                move :-
                                              "That the Manipur (Hill Areas) District Councils
                                                (Second Amendment)  Bill, 2006 be taken into
                                                 consideration".


                                                           And also to move that the Bill be passed.

                    (iii)   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief  Minister to  move :-

                                              "That the Manipur Municipality (Fourth
                                               Amendment)  Bill,  2006 be  taken  into
                                               consideration".


                                                           And also to move that the Bill be passed.

                    (iv)     Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief  Minister to  move :-

                                              "That  the  Manipur  Public  Servents'  Personal
                                               Liability  Bill, 2006 be taken into consideration".


                                                           And also to move that the Bill be passed.

INTRODUCTION OF GOVERNMENT BILLS :

(9)   (i)      Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move :-

                        "That the Manipur Appropriation (No.2) Bill, 2006."

                                    And also to introduce the Bill.

(ii)     Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move :-

                            "That the Manipur State Commission for Other Backward
                              Classes Bill, 2006."
