Amendment to the Motion of thanks to the Governor’s Address to be moved in the House I. Shri M. Bhorot Singh, MLA : (1) There is no complete proposal for laying down of Arms. II. Shri M. Nilchandra Singh, MLA : (1) Fails to suggest a complete policy for bringing a permanent solution to the insurgency problems in the State. (2) Fails to make a complete policy for protecting the territorial integrity of the State. (3) Fails to mention a complete policy of economic growth for bringing the quality of life of general public in the state. III. Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, MLA : (1) Fails to give a clear cut policy to end insurgency in the State. (2) Failed to outline anti-corruption measures to check large scale malpractices, misappropriation, corruptions in the Government Departments particularly in the Education Department. IV. Shri L. Ibomcha Singh, MLA : (1) Fails to mention about day-to day deteriorating law and order situation in Manipur. V. Shri I. Hemochandra Singh, MLA : (1) Fails to mention about a solution to the acute power crisis in the State. (2) Fails to mention anything on the pitiable road condition in the State particularly in Imphal city. (3) Fails to spell specific remedies for supply of drinking water in greater Imphal area. (4) Fails to mention about the streamline of the Education Department towards improving quality education. |
