                   (ii)       Manipur Fiscal Responsibility and budget Management Rules, 2005.
                  (iii)       Gazette Notification No. 189 dated 20/10/2005 regarding Notification of
                                the Manipur Right to information (Regulation of Fee and Cost) Rule, 2005.
                   (iv)       Action Taken Report on Recommendation of 2nd Manipur State Finance
                                Commission.

INTIMATION OF GOVERNOR'S ASSENT TO BILL :

            4.     The Secretary, Manipur Legislative Assembly to intimate the House Governor's
                     Assent to Bills.

ADJOURNMENT MOTION :

            5.     Motion for adjournment on matters of urgent public importance, if any.

CALLING ATTENTION :

             6.       (a)     Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, MLA to call the attention of Education(S) Minister
                                 on the reported fraudulent withdrawal of money from G.P.F. Account,
                        (b)    Shri I. Hemochandra Singh, MLA to call the attention of Minister (Finance)
                                 on the failure to solve the present agitation launched by the "All Manipur
                                  Pensioners Forum".

SHORT DURATION DISCUSSION :

              7.       Shri L. Ibomcha Singh, MLA to raise a discussion on the delimitation of
                        Assembly Constituencies.

RAISING OF A MATTER WHICH IS NOT A POINT OF ORDER :

              8.        Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, MLA to raise a discussion on the non-implementation
                         of instruction of Government of India to the State Government for reservation of
                         22 points for OBC.

DISCUSSION ON A MATTER OF PUBLIC INTEREST :

              9.        (a)    Dr. Nimaichnd Luwang, MLA to raise a discussion on the failure of the
                                  functioning of Administrative Units in Hill areas.
                          (b)   Shri M. Nilchandra Singh, MLA to raise a discussion on the failure to
                                  compensate the submerged paddy fields of about 50, 000 (Fifty Thousand)
                                  hectares of cultivator in and around Loktak Lake.

             10.        Smt. W. Leima Devi, Social Welfare Minister to move for leave to introduce
                           the  Manipur Commission for Women Bill, 2005.

                                              And also to introduce the Bill.

PRIVATE MEMBERS' RESOLUTION :

              11.        Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, MLA to move the following resolution :-

                                                  "The Manipur Legislative Assembly resolved to demand the
                                                    reversion of the Kabow Valley of Manipur and also demand
                                                    for  continuation   of   Kabow   Valley   Compensation
                                                    payment   to Manipur till such reversion."
