2.                  Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to lay the following Reports on the Table of the House :

i)                    Report of the Comptroller and Auditor general of India for the year ended 31 March, 2002, Government of  Manipur.

ii)                   Appropriation Accounts, 2001-2002, Government of Manipur.

iii)                 Finance Accounts, 2001-2002, Government of Manipur.

3.                Motion for adjournment on matter of urgent public importance, if any. 

CALLING ATTENTION

            4.         i)          Shri O. Joy Singh, MLA to call the attention of the Minister, I.F.C.D. on the matter of 
                                    taking
precautionary measure to combat flood during monsoon season.

                        ii)         Shri I. Hemochandra Singh, MLA to call the attention of the MAHUD Minister on the role 
                                    of
the Government in the internal matters of the IMC.

INTRODUCTION OF BILL

7.      Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move for leave to introduce the Manipur Appropriation (No. 2A) Bill, 2003. 

And also to introduce the Bill. 

PRIVATE MEMBERS’ RESOLUTION 

8.         i)          Shri O. joy Singh and Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, MLAs to move the following resolution :-

                                     “This   august   House  has  resolved   to   urge   the Government of Manipur to tackle the issue of the restoration of “Les   Chatalettes”   to   the   State of Manipur with the Union Home Ministry and Comptroller and Auditor General of India immediately. 

ii)                       Shri B.D. Behring, MLA to move the following resolution :- 

“The  House   unanimously  resolves  to  urge    the Government of Manipur to frame a policy to  ensure construction of earthquake resistant houses, buildings on scientific lines.”
