2.                  Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Leader of the House to announce the business of the House for this week.

MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR PRESENTATION OF COMMITTEE REPORT  : 

3.                  (i)      Shri P. Parijat Singh, Chairman, Committee to Inquire into Receipt, Issue and Distribution
         of food grains including S.K. Oil under PDS to move the following motion:-

                         "This House agrees that the time for presentation of the report by the
                           Committee to inquire into the receipt, issue and distribution of food
                           grains including S.K. Oil under P.D.S. with effect from 1st April, 2000
                          till July, 2003, be extended for another period of 3(three) months w.e.f.
                         28/05/2004 to enable the Committee to examine the matter thoroughly
                        and present its Report."

(ii)     Shri L. Nandakumar Singh, Chairman, Committee to Investigate the illegal allotment of
         shops/stalls at Linthoingambi Bazar (New Market) and some other areas to move the
         following motion :-

                      "This House agrees that the time for presentation of the report by the
                        Committee to Investigate the illegal allotment of shop/stalls at
                        Linthoingambi Bazar (new Market) and some other areas   be  extended
                        for another period of 3(three) months w.e.f. 07/05/2004 to enable the
                       Committee to examine the matter thoroughly   and present its Report."
